Hello everyone

I have a double room available, as my current flatmate and now good friend is moving back home to Singapore after wonderful 2years.

I am not great at writing on these introductions etc., and never quite sure what to say 哈哈, but here goes!!!

[Quick note*] Before enquiring about the room etc, Please take the time to fill in your spare room profile page, as due to my work/life busy schedule, I cannot reply to every message I receive, but I do quickly view each profile.

A little about myself :

I am a chilled, happy guy that has recently returned from working in China. I work as a Al Automation Developer in which I work both from home and office. I am also a freelance Media Creative Professional, which includes (Videography, Photography, Audio Engineering, Music Production and Songwriting . Another passion and area of freelance work I do, is that I am also a personal fitness trainer, I have a YouTube Channel 哈哈:).

You'll find I’ll often be in my room, or mainroom working on software projects (as i work from home). I like to play music but I don’t play too loud, but I do enjoy music and movies (my other housemates and current housemate has no problem with it, but I always prefer to mention this beforehand, as it's only fair to you :) but that being said, I am also very considerate of others!!

Although I can sleep late some nights, I am a morning person and like to wake up early to head to the gym or run at around 6am, before I start work. I rarely have lay-ins, and I am a super happy morning person:)

As a passion of mine, I enjoy learning languages; although I am not the best at it, I am currently Learning Mandarin. As I have lived in Hangzhou, China, studying mandarin in Zhejiang University for 2 years. So it's always a huge bonus to live with mandarin speakers but that being said, EVERYONE is welcome :), as i have lived with many people from all around the world including Japan, Portugal, South Korea, Taiwan, Spain, Greece, Hong kong, Bulgaria, Malaysia etc, I've also started self-studying Swedish, Korean, Japanese and French just for fun:).

I occasionally like to hang out with friends (and of course, you will be welcome to join us). That being said, I am generally a 'chill inside the apartment' type of geek guy mostly, I have probably seen every TvShow , Anime and movie you can mention :). I also love travelling, and have been to many countries, and intend to see many, many more.

I don't smoke, and I rarely drink. I'm a very tidy guy, so please keep the apartment clean (and clutter-free) and am good:)! I quite an introverted but welcoming geek guy, so I won't hide away in my room all the time, as I like to actually be friends with whom I am live with, so hopefully, you're like this too, but of course, we all need our space to just switch off:)

The room comes fully furnished :) The rent is all-inclusive and includes bills (Super-fast Internet. The rent is £750, Plus a Deposit of £750 to be paid once you agree to the room. Students and Professional welcome.

The apartment is very close to Manchester Town centre (literally a 10min walk) and all local transport trams/buses etc. If you're a student, work in the city centre, or require a tram line or train, it's an ideal location for you, as it's only a 10-minute walk to Manchester University, Manchester City Centre, and very close to both CornBrook and Deansgate Tram and train station. There are many local shops nearby, including a Local Tesco 30 seconds away, and Large Sainsbury Super Market. Other close places of interest include a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Castle field canal, A nearby Cinema, a selection of Gyms, Deansgate locks bars, many restaurants, Manchester Central library and also 2 tram stops distance from Manchester United Football Stadium. The area is very safe, clean and friendly, and of course, if you are new to the city, I am always happy to show you around. And if u like to ride, there are bicycles available for rent next to the apartment building.

Payment structure:
First and last rent, plus deposit required at the start of the tenancy (upon contract signing/key exchange)
