Double bedroom in quiet detached house

Double bedroom in a 5 bedroom house where there will only be me (live in landlord) as the other occupant. The bedroom has large fitted wardrobes.

The house has 3 bathrooms, so we won't be fighting and it has a large kitchen / diner. Please be aware some of the furniture could be different from pictures as currenr occupant leaves. (If you have current furniture, we can discuss if this can come to the house).

The house has parking (and EV charging - at extra cost) and a garage if you need somewhere for a bicycle.

I'm into the outdoors (climbing, mountaineering, mountain biking and cycling) and music (love a gig) so you're more than welcome to join in if you fancy any of those. I've a busy job Tues- Fri (often wfh) and then adventure at a weekend, so it's a very chilled, quiet house ideal for recovering in!

I will often have Norman (my very friendly Siamese cat) in the house - he loves being around people so hopefully you'll like him back.
