I’m looking to rent out a room in my cozy house

A fairly large L shaped room fully furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers and a large 3 door wardrobe. Enough space to put a desk in if needed.

All bills included ( have virgin 1 gig superfast broadband and TV, also Netflix)

It’s a big terraced house in a very convenient location:

- 12 mins to Manchester airport via m60
- 10 mins to Stockport train station (trains to Manchester or London)
- 12 to Stepping hill hospital
- bus stop right outside the door
- Ample road side car parking

You will have sole use of the main bathroom/ shower. (As per the pictures)

The house itself is a safe neighbourhood and is cozy/ homely and very energy efficient.

There is a little decked outside space to sit out with a fire pit.

About me:
I have a fairly busy job ( work from home a lot) but also travel a fair bit (work & pleasure).

I’m fairly relaxed and easy going. Easily convinced for a drink at home or at the pub or even takeaways. I like to socialise but also have my quiet time

My room is on the top floor and has a en-suite.

There is also a large basement which is currently being used as storage but I will be converting to another entertainment room.

Will only be me (landlord) and 1 tenant (you).

Open to short term rental and also some pets.
