Double Room with small balcony in Stockport

The room has a kingsize bed with a very big wardrobe and a little night table with a TV and the room has a little balcony (the only place you can smoke)

All bills are included in the price of the room. (£500)

one month rent in advance plus one month deposit is required, the deposit will be given back to you when you leave.

Minimum stay is 1 year and after that period you need to give a couple of month notice preferably when you want to leave.

Requirements:

- 2 references from previous landlords
- Copy of passport
- Wage slip (proof of earnings)

Rent must be paid on time (on last day of each month)

No smoking in the house please.

The house is in good condition and has a cleaning lady coming twice a month.

There are 2 toilets, the one at the bottom has a shower and a washing machine.

The one at the second floor has a bathroom toilet (right next to your room).

The kitchen is BIG! So for ideal for those food lovers and it also has a little chill out area.

There is a little covered back yard that leads to the big backyard of the estate...

There is a big 24h Tesco 15 mins walk away from home and local shops 2 mins away,

There are 3 tenants, everyone is pretty chilled here, it’s a quiet house, no mess, no parties but it’s your house so once you are here enjoy.

Everyone gets along really well in this house and we are looking for another tenant to join the team, maybe it's you.
