I act as the landlord & live in the house, I'm pretty easy going, tidy and can cook & bake quite well. I'm a 31 yr old professional female, and sociable but not out drinking every weekend! (Just some!) looking for someone who will respect the house & enjoy it :0) Would prefer a professional female. I'm open to you bringing a well trained pet.
