Double room in Stretford. Mon-Fri only.

Hello.
My newly refurbished spare room is available for rent for 1-5 months. I'm looking for a female lodger.

The house is a 2 bed terraced house in Stretford. It's really convenient for getting to the city centre by car, bus or tram. Its also just a 15 minute drive from Media City. Chorlton is a 2 minute drive or a few bus stops away.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside table.

It is a Monday to Friday let but the odd weekend would be fine (for a slightly increased rate) I'm happy for belongings to be left there all the time.

I'm 34 years old. I work in TV production which can mean long hours.
I'm generally out a few nights during the week playing sports, at the gym or meeting friends, so I'm not around that much.

I'm looking a female lodger who is clean, tidy and considerate. They must be a non smoker.
