We're a group of friends who moved up to Manchester together and we are just looking for a friendly person to take the spare for the last 3 months after one of our housemates left the city for a new job.
The house is a beautiful victorian semi detached and is close to all local amenities including Stretford Mall, Aldi, the brand new Foodhall and is a five minute walk to the tram stop. The Tram takes 15 mins to get into town. Also within walking walking distance to Chorlton or just a five minute car ride. There is on street parking and also a great park behind.
The rent is £330.00 a month bills not included but its roughly £400 a month with bills.
