I have 2 double rooms (1 double, 1 king size bed) available in a 5 bedroom property in Stretford, overlooking the canal. The property is a new build and has only been lived in by myself since July 2019, with new carpet and furniture.

I am not intending to rent out all of the bedrooms so you get to enjoy ample storage space in one of the empty room, in addition to a spacious kitchen and living room. BT/SKY SPORTS is available without additional charge. Toilet is shared amongst the 2 rented rooms as I have my own. There is a garden at the back of the property with a nice view of the canal.

The property is located in a safe area with peaceful surroundings. 5 mins walk to Trafford Park railway station which gets you to the city centre in around 10 minutes (goes directly to Liverpool in the opposite direction). Alternatively, frequent bus services are available on Chester Rd to the city centre or Media City. Walking distance to Tesco, Old Trafford and less than 2 miles away from Trafford Centre. A parking space is also available in front of the property.
