Hey - as well as renting the room you can also go on the tenancy agreement, so the flat is in your name too. You can redecorate & there is shared storage in the living room if needed, we are allowed to paint the walls and hang shelves or pictures. It is a shared bathroom and kitchen.

The bedroom is unfurnished, however, there is an option to buy the furniture - we can chat about this further.

Bills are approx £120 in addition to rent per month which is £347.50. Also, an option to have bill/s in your name if you would like. The room is available from 1 December, the sooner the better but can be flexible.

The flat is a great location, close to the canal which goes through Altrincham, Sale, Stretford right through to Deansgate in the city - perfect for walking or cycling. We are also on the tram line, the Stretford tram stop is just a 10 minute walk away if that and only 20 minutes on this into the city. There is also an Aldi, Pure gym and other shops at Stretford Mall which is a 15 minute walk, Chorlton is a 20 minute walk away where there are more shops, bars and places to eat as well as another tram stop which goes through to Manchester Airport.

Lucie will be your flat mate, she is a social and active person who works in an office through the week so likes to spend time outside on a weekend. She works as an Architect and there is a big table in the living room which is perfect for working or studying. We like to have a few drinks on a weekend sometimes but it isn’t a party flat and is tucked away in a fairly quiet area which is lovely.

Looking for a flat mate who likes to socialise but also likes to chill and watch movies, either in employment or studying is fine. Our preference is female but happy to consider both male or female.
