My partner and I are moving out due to change in job location. We want someone to takeover our remaining 3 months tenancy.

Our roommate is a quite and adjusting person so we would prefer the same as his new tenant.
The rent of both the rooms if taken together (preferably
by couple) is £935 which included water and broadband bills. Electricity and Gas are not included.
Separately, the rent for double bed room is 550 pcm and for the single bed room is 385 pcm.
