Spacious double room in dog friendly house

Hi, I'm Sarah, I'm a Creative Traffic manager for a fitness company, and have finally moved myself back to Manchester!

Looking for a housemate to join me iny house I'm Stretford, it's a nice spacious size, close a number of parks, including Sale waterpark, with Lidl, Aldi and Tesco not far away either. And travel routes to the centres at arms reach. .

I'm pretty laid back and try to go to the gym or do pilates most day. I'm clean, tidy, and love cooking. I do enjoy my own company, but would love to live with someone that fancies a glass of wine, or a pub quiz every now and again. I enjoy a night out, every now and again, and I love a hike, I'm usually out a lot over the weekend.

Looking for someone to move in this month preferably, I own a husky cross named Lola, so would be great if someone else with a dog was available too, as she would love the company.

Lola's a really friendly, happy dog, she can be a little shy at first, but that doesn't last long. She is a rescue, and loves to play, she'll be turning 3 in June. (Not cats)

It's a decent size double room, and there is use of the third room as well, I'll have a sofa bed for guests, and a desk, I work from home 2 days a week, so feel free to have a desk in there as well if you work from home.

I'll have updated photos this weekend, still in the process of buying shelving units / rugs /artwork. The bedroom does come furnished, but if you have your own, or anything that can fill the space elsewhere, it's more than welcome. The house also has a garden, which I'll be sorting over the next few months.

I'm happy to do a month by month situation with rent, as I'm already on the lease, which would give flexibility with length of stay etc, if needs be.
