There are actually two spare double rooms so you could have access to both for storage etc. It's £550 per month which includes bills. I have broadband and sky tv. The house is in Stretford just a few miles outside the city centre. Easy access to town via buses and Metroliink. I'm easy going and like the usual stuff, sport, Netflix, socialising, cooking, the gym etc. I work at home 3 days a week and in the office 2 days.
