Beautiful large double room

Hello!

I am looking for someone to rent the downstairs bedroom room in my spacious gorgeous, recently renovated house.

About me:
My name is Annette. I am a practising Christian and attend a local church.
At the weekends I tend to be busy at church, but will also be at home some of the time. I like socialising but also really appreciate quiet/alone time to recharge..
I am a social worker by profession and work for a charitable organisation part time. I also do some freelance work. I work from home.
My job can be quite demanding, so home is a sanctuary to me! I keep my house clean and would need someone who also places high value on this. I work Mon-Friday during the day. In the evening I either walk and chill out at home, cook and watch TV.

What I am looking for from a flat mate:
Someone who is respectful, clean/tidy and conscious that we are sharing a space. I would always give you a heads up if I intended to have people over. I would expect the same in return. I’m open to you working in the office or working from home. If you are in a relationship, it would be fine to have your partner over a couple of times a week. I would like someone who I get along well with and can form a friendship with!

The room:
- It is a good sized double room with a double bed.
- There is currently one wardrobe. bedside table, a, chest of drawers. There is also a small fridge. These items are removable.
- There is a shower in the bathroom upstairs.

The house:
- A 4 bed property with front and back garden.
- Average size kitchen and large through lounge and dining area
- Downstairs toilet facilities
- Ample road parking and large driveway
- High speed broadband
- All bills included

Transport:
1 min walk to bus routes to Manchester City centre
0.3mi to Humphrey Park Station
0.7mi to Stretford Metrolink
Easy access to M60

The area:
Stretford is a lovely suburban area.
A choice of convenience shops and takeaways nearby.
Stretford mall is 0.7mi away - currently being redeveloped (Aldi, Pure Gym, bars, food hall)
Plenty of green spaces - Moss Park and Victoria Park are within minutes walk, Urmston meadows and Mersey Circular.
10 mins to Urmston Town Centre.
