Beautiful House Fantastic Manchester Location

Hello, I am looking ideally for a new house mate, female 25-40. I am looking for one person no couples please. It is always hard to write about yourself but here goes! I am a young hearted professional and work in the housing sector with homeless people. I am very chilled out and like the usual, socialising with friends, film, cinema going to gigs and cooking! I have to say my party days are a bit behind me now and prefer meals and quiet nights out (although I still have my fun moments!) I like to go out a few nights a week either to see friends, cycling or just doing something outdoors! I am always up for trying something new especially if it includes extreme sports! When I am home I love cooking and radio 6 a good box set and glass of wine and do not worry I am very tidy and clean (although I am not as bad as Monica on friends.) I also have a cat but he is no bother and tends to follow me around and he is House clean! My home is very much my sanctuary to chill out but I appreciate we will have visitors time to time :)

So more importantly what is the property like! I live in a brand new semi-detached build set in a quiet residential area by the canal in Stretford. The property overlooks the canal and the room available has beautiful views directly over the canal. Living room, separate kitchen and toilet to the ground floor with a store room. Upstairs are two great sized bedrooms and bathroom. There is off road parking and a front and back garden. Huge shed located in the garden with locks to the gate and shed if you've got a bike. The property is kitted to a high spec. Top range double oven and grill and five job stove, huge fridge separate freezer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Living and dining area comes with double patio doors which open to the garden. Unlimited broadband and sky included. As it is a new build it comes with loads of eco features such as water butt, compost bin. The property is well insulated with eco heating so its always warm and there is no need to set the hot water on as its combo boiler and instantly turns your water hot!

The location is great, it feels like you could be in the country when you sit in the garden and hear the barges quietly pass by but it is well connected to the whole of Manchester. It is about 2. 5/3 miles to media city. I am a 15 minute walk from the tram stop and minutes from the bus stop. which has loads of buses going to the Trafford centre and Manchester City Centre. If you like to cycle you can connect to the bike canal path minutes from the house which takes you to the Trafford Centre in ten minutes and connects to Salford, Manchester and Trafford. There's even a small marina round the corner where the Canada geese hang out! There is also a small train station round the corner which connects you to the Birchwood/Liverpool line and Manchester city centre. I venture into Chorlton most weekends as it is the borough located next to me! There are some local shops round the corner for those forgotten items such as milk and chocolate and some beautiful very large parks within walking distance - Alexander Park in particular, is beautiful.

The room itself is a double room and comes with plenty of storage furniture. It's a big room with plenty of space so if you had any additional furniture you would be able to fit that in too. Views from the room are over the canal which is the loveliest feature of the house. The rent includes bills. The photos make the house and room look smaller than they are so viewing recommended.
