Fully equipped kitchen (with washing machine and tumble dryer), with a comfy lounge complete with BT TV. There are also two bathrooms for housemates to share.

Your bedroom will have a double bed, with a luxury orthopaedic mattress, new mattress protector and also a good sized wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Each of the bedrooms is also fitted with a TV aerial, if you wish to bring your own TV.

There is also a lovely garden, with outdoor seating and a great area for BBQs in the summer. There is free on street parking and your rent includes unlimited BT Infinity broadband, Netflix, council tax, water, TV license, gas, electric and a weekly cleaner. So there will be no additional bills for you to pay.
