The house has a bathroom in the middle floor and you would share this with one other person. (I have my own en suite in the top floor). There is space in the room for a bigger desk if you need to work from home or you can use the dining table in the living room.

Rent includes all bills except gas and electric and it also includes toilet roll, bin liners, washing up liquid, cleaning products and a cleaner who comes twice a month.

Gas and electric bill will be paid every 2 months direct to me once the bill comes out. You will receive a copy of the bill. The bill will be split equally 3 ways.

Clean and quiet house. Plenty of free off road parking and a parking space at the back. Near Stretford tram stop (12 minute walk), M60, Trafford Park train station (2 minutes walk), tescos and Trafford Centre. Near bus stops. 15 mins into city centre by car/public transport. 5 minutes walk from Pure Gym. Ask for Mark when contacting.
