Location

The house is situated in Stretford, and is a short walk from Trafford Park Station (Stretford Tram station is also near by) ideally located for professionals working in Manchester. Buses to Manchester City Centre , Salford Quays, Media City and the Trafford Centre (run 7 days a week). Excellent transport links

There are local shops close by for example , Newsagents, a range of take aways, cafes and Hairdresser. Stretford Mall is near by with shops like Tesco, Aldi, Boots, Halifax bank, Costa coffee and even a Pure Gym for the fitness fanatic. 24hr Asda, 24hr Tesco and Trafford Centre just 5mins drive (10 mins bus). Victoria Park is close by to the property.

"My experience of living in the house was wonderful. I absolutely loved living in Marlborough Road, the room itself was so comfortable. It included a very comfy double bed with a lovely headboard, window south-facing so I always had a lovely bout of sunlight in the afternoon, and brilliant furniture to put all my belongings in. The kitchen was so lovely, two ovens were provided so if someone was cooking it wasn't an issue, there's a utility room which contains a washer and dryer. The bathroom has a brilliant shower which is a great size and is also very powerful, and easy to use. These areas were cleaned on a weekly basis by an outside cleaner who was very friendly and did a brilliant job. The cost of cleaning the communal areas was included in the rent. All bills (including council tax) were included in the rent which made life so much easier. The area itself is great, there are a few fantastic parks not far away. There hasn't been any trouble in the area as far as I am aware. There is public transport to the city centre and the Trafford Centre close by, as well as public transport to many different towns and shopping malls. Sara is an excellent landlady who is attentive to the needs of the household, if there are any issues all you need to do is contact her and she will sort them out." Molly
