Sociable House Share

Hi, 

I am a professional guy working in Manchester city centre living here in Salford. I would say I'm pretty easy going and very geeky, if you watch any scifi TV show we will get on well.

When I'm in the house I like to spend my time I  the living room and want any lodger to feel comfortable to come in and join, obviously you are also welcome to spend ur time how you please.

The most important thing I'm looking for in a housemate is that he/she is reliable and respectful, outside of that anything goes. 

The room is at the back of the house looking out to the amazing view of Manchester city centre (pictured). It is fully furnished with a double bed with drawers, a set of drawers and some shelves.

There is plenty of room to park a car in the cul-de-sac, otherwise a Swinton station is about 20 mins walk and the bus stop into Manchester/Salford or Bolton is a 10 min walk and fairly regular, every 10 mins at peak times (number 8 bus route).

Standard bills included plus I have a netflix account for the house to share at no additional cost. The broadband is Virgin fiberoptic last speed test done 17/02 achieved a download speed of 103 Mb/s.

If paying monthly is not convenient for you I am happy with weekly, bi-weekly etc...
