I'm Ashley, 32 years old from Oldham. Currently living in my friend Sam's house who's moved to the US for work.

Move in date would be available from October 1st.

The house is Sam's so we will know the landlord. I work as an account manager and work from home most days. I am extremely laid back and ideally looking for someone who is sound and easy to get along with.

I am a very clean and tidy person. I have a cleaner come round every 2 weeks which can be continued if you wish to do so. If you are interested get in touch and it would be great to have a chat to see if we get along.

Swinton train station is less than a five minute walk away and takes around 13 minutes to get in to Manchester Victoria.

Broadband is super fast and is with Virgin.

There are also several buses in to the town centre less than 200 metres away.

Bed size - queen bed, brand new - it’s the first bedroom on the photos.

Aldi, Asda and Morrisons are less than a 100 metres away also.
