Double bedroom in Swinton

Hello!

I am currently looking for a lodger to rent out a double bedroom in a 2-bedroom house.

The house is situated in Swinton, just outside of Manchester. We are about a 10 minute walk from Swinton train station and there is a bus stop less than a minutes walk away that takes you in and out of the city centre within 35 minutes. There is a beautiful park across the road. Swinton has lots of lovely pubs and restaurants in the local area. There are multiple gyms in the area as well.

Rent is £600 per month, with an additional deposit of £500 upon moving in.
Rent includes water, gas, electric, council tax and internet. The house has a large kitchen/dining room, a living-room and large bathroom. We have a garden area as well and on street parking.

My name is Tom and I am the landlord of the property. I dont currently live at the property myself, but I already have a lodger in one bedroom and am looking to fill the second bedroom. Our current lodger "Teffeny" is a mature professional and has been living at the property for over 6 months now. Obviously we would want to arrange a meet with yourself and Teffeny beforehand to make sure the vibe is right before making any decisions.

Not looking for anyone keen to have big parties or gatherings regularly, Would prefer the house to be a relaxing home atmosphere! So ideally a professional or mature student would be best suited. Teffeny likes to keep the house clean and tidy so would be looking for someone that lived the same way!
