Double bed en-suite room available in friendly sociable house.
We have been living together (2 boys and 1 girl) for 4 years now. It has been a great dynamic and we have all got on well.
Unfortunately Maleeka (the girl) is now moving out so we are looking for somebody fun, friendly and easy going to replace her.
The house has good transport links being located 1.7 miles from the M60 ring road (5 mins). On street parking is available.
The bus stop is located on the next road along with the 36, 37 and 38 buses all going straight into Manchester city center. The buses take around 25 minutes (subject to traffic) and are every 10 minutes. Swinton train station is also within walk able distance.
