There is lots of shared living areas (dining room, living room, cinema room) so you won't be stuck in just a bedroom and want to create a really friendly household, we all socialise a fair bit! All bills included!

Room 2- Basement double- biggest in the house. This is on the same floor as a basement cinema room and a basement lavatory. This has a double bed, some drawers, a clothes rail and a desk and chair and shelves.

Char, 26, (she/they)
Char is the gremlin of the house, only emerging for cereal🧌 She’s a runner (job, not hobby), and loves game nights, watching TV, reading, and bouldering

Rosie, 23, she/her
Rosie is the overworked teacher in the house. When she’s not working (never) she loves a film or TV show especially if it’s a whole-house-participating one (ie traitors), and knitting, as well as a nap.

No issue if you work from home- there is a small upcharge for bills for this of £15pcm to account for the extra electric/gas usage
