Mostly will be sharing with one male professional (occasional overnight visit from wife). All bills included.
Semi-detached house in quiet area. Easy access (few mins walk) to public transport for Manchester, Bolton, Salford Royal etc. and local shops. Few mins drive to Asda/Morrisons etc.
I am accustomed to sharing with a lodger and am very respectful of your space and privacy whilst also being friendly and easy to get on with.
