Hi I'm Emily, I have two double rooms available in my house in Swinton M27.
It's an end terrace on a quiet road with plenty of on street parking.
The house is literally a 30 second walk to Moorside Train Station (20min journey to City Centre) and near plenty of bus stops that go straight down a bus lane in to the city centre. 2 Minutes from the East Lancs and Motorway.
The town centre is about a 10 minute walk away, with a range of shops, restaurants and pubs.
The house is fully furnished and has recently been decorated, with a brand new kitchen and new carpets/flooring throughout.
Both bedrooms come with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.
There is a shared lounge and kitchen plus a wet room and private secured garden with a garage. There is also a dishwasher, dryer and washing machine in the kitchen.
£400 per month including all bills, council tax and broadband.

A bit about me:
I'm 26 years old and a mature student, studying Speech and Language Therapy. I also have my own business that I do part time. I'm a clean and tidy person so would like to live with others that are the same. I'm looking to live with young professionals- male or female.
