Hello I’m seeking a new flatmate as my current one is moving out at the end of May.

This property is located opposite Wharfside tram stop and so it’s very quick to get into the city center. In a quiet area of Manchester outside of football match days. The apartment is well soundproofed as well as well insulated.

It’s a modern secure apartment. With an inside parking space available. On the 13 floor so there are excellent views over Manchester in a light and airy apartment.

Has its own bathroom (that also serves as guest bathroom when people are visiting). Shared kitchen and lounge area.

Seeking an easy going professional. A geeky bear type would be ideal - but all are welcome to inquire. Gyms and a selection of shops located near by. Excellent WiFi.
