- There’s a concierge at reception 24/7 who will take in any deliveries for you
- There’s a co-working space, bookable meeting room and cinema all free to use on the ground floor

The location 📍
- The flat is really well connected!
You’d be 1 minute from Wharfside tram stop and 5 minutes from Exchange Quay. They’ll get you into town, Media City and the Trafford Centre within 15 minutes
- You are 5 minutes from White City Retail park which has an Aldi, M&S Food and lots of other great shops. Further down the road is a Tesco Superstore and just around the corner is a Co-op and Tesco Express.

Who you’ll be sharing with 🙋‍♀️
- Chrissy who works in fashion. She’d love to live with someone happy to have a chat and be social but also great at doing their own thing and having chill time
