Renting Out the Room in my Flat in Trafford

I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into my flat as my current flatmate will be moving out end of April. The apartment has a 24/7 concierge , a cinema room, a meeting room, a lovely terrace and is located in a wonderful location in manchester next to Media City & The Manchester United Stadium. It is a great spot for transport as it’s next to the tram stop and bus stops going into Piccadily and going towards Trafford centre.

It is a nice building to live in and the view from the flat is set across the media city and it’s absolutely beautiful in the sunset.

Match days aren’t bad at all because the flat is soundproof so you never hear any disruptions , it’s just good to be aware of when it happens which you will be when you live here.

The flat being rented has a separate bathroom which is outside of the bedroom but spacious too.

WiFi is separate from rent

Electricity is with Octopus
Council Tax is £78.5
Roughly all bills are under £200
Dishwasher included
Microwave included
Washer/ Dryer available
