the apartment is fully furnished and has all the mod cons expected; wi-fi, t. v., full kitchen and the use of a washing machine / dryer. There is also private outside space.

The property is attached to our family home, so you have total independence but you also have the knowledge that others are close by. We are a laid back, couple who enjoy a relaxed lifestyle. Other professionals live in the development too. Parking is available close by.

Urmston is a small town with great transport links into the centre of Manchester (10 mins by train). We are close to Media City, Event City, the Trafford Centre, the Pennine Way and Old Trafford football ground and cricket club. Urmston has an increasing number of bars and restaurants to choose from and good local shopping is available.

The cost of the apartment includes all bills; water, gas, electric, council tax, wifi and t. v. licence. It is set up for you to move in and 'put the kettle on'! (This price is based on one person). The only essential items you will need to bring is bedding and towels.
