I/we currently have 1 room available to rent in a semi-detached shared house, located on a quiet avenue, just off Flixton road - 5 mins walk from Urmston town centre, the train station and Trafford General Hospital.
Bus stop (255 bus) is 30 second walk away from the house.

The house is a large, well kept semi detached with a garden, which catches the late summer sun. All bedrooms and the kitchen are a good size, each room is big enough for sofa or desk or any additonal furniture you prefer. We do not have a living as the bedrooms are of ample size.

On the ground floor - furnished with bed, mattress wardrobe and drawers. The room is large enough for a two seater sofa, bedside tables, coffee table and TV etc.

AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY - BedRoom 2 - £450 pcm. - On the ground floor - Large bay window - furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed and mattress and optional sofa. The room is large enough for an additional small coffee table and TV or desk etc
