Hi, I have a nicely furnished single room to let in our fun and friendly family home. We live in the Urmston area of Manchester which is a vibrant area 8 miles from the city centre. We are 5 minutes from the Trafford Centre and Chill Factore. Media City is just 10 minutes away. There are good transport links. We have a current lodger who has been with us for two years so we can't be so bad! We also have two dogs a spaniel and a Labrador who are very much part of the family. Our house is friendly, clean, happy with a nice atmosphere. We are looking for a non smoking, animal friendly, female house mate. All the furniture in the available room is brand new along with new carpet and curtains of good quality. The area where we live is safe and we have lots of nice wine bars, cafes and shops.
