Spare room near MRI hospital and UoM

Spare room going in a 3 bed semi-detached house. It's a downstairs double bedroom fully furnished, main bathroom (with shower and separate bath) is upstairs but there's a toilet and sink situated downstairs as well.

We are two graduate medical students in our final year of uni looking for a third housemate to complete our house! We're are clean and tidy, so preferably looking for someone that's the same). Mostly enjoy an evening in but occasionally like a night out! We're both independent, like some time to ourselves but also like to know that there's company next door if fancied. Both enjoy sports (netball, swimming, gym) but equally enjoy lazy weekends.

We're heating on kind of girls so if you're scrimping on heating it's probably not the house for you! We enjoy being warm in the winter :) it’s a nice house (I think!) being a live in landlord it’s definitely somewhere I like living and a lot of people mention it feels like a home not just a student house :)

The house is 10min walk to the MRI, 20min to the university. Has a shared drive with the house next door although no one has lived there for the last 3 years so it's basically ours! Large living room with TV and Netflix. Garden front and back!
