I'm looking to have someone take over my contract in a five-bedroom house, a five-minute walk from LIDL, Tesco Express, and a 15 minute walk to UoM.

Room comes with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, chair and bookshelf. Desk can be requested by the landlord; other housemates have done so. There's a shared kitchen-living room space, with an American style fridge freezer, shelves and cabinets, stove, microwave, and the flatmates have their XBOX downstairs so you can have access to Netflix through the TV. Also got a washer-dryer and a small courtyard with a washing-line out back.

Currently living there are three girls and one guy, first and second years, very friendly and chatty. There's a mix of people that like to go out and ones that stay in and watch movies, so you'll definitely find someone your pace.
If you don't have a UK guarantor, that won't hinder your application - several of the tenants presently do not have UK guarantors, and the landlord has been able to compromise.

Bills and internet included, available ASAP. Available until June, however if you want a short term contract this is available
