Hi all.

My flatmate is moving out of our flat at the end of August and I'm looking for a suitable replacement.

It is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment situated on Anson Road, just off Upper Brook street. If you are familiar with Manchester you will know this is a very ideal sought after location - walking distance to the MRI, University and Curry Mile and very easy to get to the city centre. There is a direct bus stop outside the apartment.

The rent is amazing for what it is in the area. With bills including council tax, broadband, water and electricity it should come to £400-450 a month.

The flat is fully furnished as shown in the photos. You will also have your own bathroom with a sink, bath and toilet.

A bit about myself - I am a 24 year old pharmacist working nearby in the area. I work full-time in the week although I have varying shift patterns which include weekends and evenings. I moved to Manchester for university and I decided to stay here after, I have 6+ years of living in various shared households with no problems.

I am pretty chilled and laidback (when I'm not at work!) and my hobbies include music, both performing and listening, football, gym, eating out, long walks, TV shows, or visiting my family and friends when I have time off work!

I am looking for someone like-minded I can get on with and be friends with, although I do really like to keep my own space at times too so as long as you're happy with that then we will get along fine :)
