Hi, I’m looking for a female University of Manchester student to take over my accommodation at Daisy Bank Hall (Victoria Park Campus) from 11 May to 6 July 2026.

Room Details:
- Ensuite Silver room (private bathroom + single occupancy)
- Small double bed (120cm x 190cm)
- Spacious bedroom with wardrobe, desk, chair, and shelving
- Private bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, washbasin, and mirror

Flat & Facilities:
- Only 3 other flatmates
- Large, clean, and modern shared kitchen and living room (new building)
- All facilities are very clean and well-maintained

Location:
- Daisy Bank Hall, Victoria Park Campus
- Great student area with easy access to campus

Rent:
- £225 per week

Requirements:
- Must be a University of Manchester student (UoM halls policy)
- Female only
