Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in Daisy Bank Villas, Victoria Park for the 2026/27 academic year.
- It’s a gold ensuite room in a 4-bed student flat with a shared kitchen and living area. The room is fully furnished and has a newly refurbished private bathroom. The flat is on the ground floor.
- Rent is £219 per week, all bills included. There’s no deposit, just a £100 pre-rent payment.
- The contract runs from 5th September 2026 to 27th August 2027 (51 weeks).
- A 20 minute walk to main campus, and Daisy Bank bus stop is right across the road. Dalton Ellis Hall is also directly opposite, which is useful if you want to sign up for their food service and not have to cook!
- There’s also cycle and car parking available.
