I am sadly moving out of my wonderful house in April so we are in need of a new housemate.
The room on offer is a double with an en-suite and a balcony (helpful if you're a smoker!). The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.
The rent is £130 per week, there are NO admin fees to pay, bills are included and NO deposit is necessary!!
Current housemates are 3 lovely girls from UoM, MMU and BIMM studying nursing, chemistry and music so we're a happy diverse bunch!
The house has 3 floors with a roof terrace, a lovely garden and a garage. We also have a spare room upstairs which has become our storage space! There is a downstairs toilet and the upstairs bathroom has a bath and shower (but the room on offer has an ensuite with shower anyway).
We live around 10-20 minutes walk from the universities so ideal for a student, the nearest bus stop is 5min and shops are nearby too.
