Double room - 1 min from train station

I am looking for someone to rent my spare room.
The room is a lovely size with a double bed and storage underneath. There is also a chest of drawers & clothing rail. The room is next to the bathroom.

There are two sitting rooms downstairs and a good size garden. There is parking on road which is never an issue. There is a garage in the back garden and the garden has a sofa and table for the summer months.

The neighbours are lovely and the house is close to a number of amenities, the closest being the train station which is a minute down the road and has direct trains into Salford & Manchester.

Walkden shopping centre is a 5 minute walk and here you will find a number of supermarkets, banks, eateries, stores & a sunbed shop. There are also a number of parks close by, Parr Fold Park is about a 4 minute walk and leads to the loop line

I work full time in a dentist so will not be in in the day and will often have plans on the weekend meaning you’ll have lots of time and space.
