I'm a 31 year old professional looking for someone to rent the spare room of my house. My house is in Walkden and about 7/8 miles outside Manchester City Centre. There is a train station 0.6 miles from my house which allows easy access to Manchester City Centre. Also, half a mile from walkden town centre which contains everything you need like Tesco/Aldi/McDonalds/KFC/Subwa y/Dominos/Greggs and a wetherspoons, I'm looking for someone who is easy going, sociable and easy to talk to. I'm quite an easy going person myself who would be looking to socialise with my new housemate. You would be welcome to have friends round/stay over as long as it's not every night.
