Friendly house share near the river

Situated in leafy quiet road, a short walk/ cycle to Didsbury or Chorlton. Nearest tram stop is Burton Road which is a 12 min walk away. The 111 bus (direct to city centre) picks up at bottom of the road.

The house is freshly refurbished with large living room, dining room, kitchen and conservatory. We also have a gorgeous, modern bathroom complete with its own bath tub and rain shower.

There is a front garden, and secluded garden. We also have a garage where we store all our bikes external to the house.
The bedroom comes complete with a comfortable double bed and 2 large fitted wardrobes. Other items (lamps and bedside tables) can be left by arrangement.

Me and my partner are leaving for a 6 month job in Malaysia. If we weren't going away we would definitely stay in the house, as our housemates are great and we've had such a lovely time living here.

Couples will be considered for the room, at slightly higher rent amount (up for negotiation).

This let is for the summer months only, as the contract on the house ends in October, when other housemates (1 has bought a property, another starting a PhD elsewhere) will be moving on.

Being only a few minutes stroll from the river Mersey and with a beautiful garden,
it truly is an incredible house to live in during the summer months.

We keep fairly tidy but not super neat freaks by any means. I’m afraid because of the letting agreement only professionals please.
