The house is a large Victorian terrace over 4 floors. You’ll have the top floor to yourself, with your own ensuite which is available from mid April.

The ground floor has a spacious lounge, separate dining room and kitchen with breakfast bar, all of which you are welcome to use. The kitchen is fitted with everything you’d expect, with plenty of cupboard and fridge space along with appliances.

We have broadband and Netflix, with Amazon Alexa speakers in most rooms along with smart lighting and heating.

You will also have use of the laundry room, which is fitted with a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and space to hang and dry clothes.

The house has a private courtyard garden and there is a large communal garden behind which we share with the immediate neighbours. There's a driveway and plenty of on-street parking if you have a car.

Dean is 36 and works for the NHS and Toby is 38 and works in media.
We’re a friendly gay couple looking for a housemate from end of March.

The Location:
The house is on Burton Road in West Didsbury which has loads of shops, restaurants and bars. There are good transport links including a Metrolink Station only 5-10 minutes walk away and Princess Parkway is just 2 mins by car.
