I am urgently looking for someone to move in with me after being let down by my current flat mate who can no longer afford rent and moved out without notice. There would be no agency fees or deposit as you would just be taking over old flat mates side of rent and bills. Rent is £365 and bills usually amount to around £100. The bedroom is a good size but unfurnished. Available ASAP and first rent payment would be 10/09/19.
Would need someone who is ok with animals as I look after a family dog every now and then. Flat is also pet friendly so would be happy to accept any pets. I’m looking for someone easy going yet considerate, around my age (21), male or female.
