Friends seeking new housemate on Burton road

Your potential Room!

We're a group of young professionals (and one student) currently looking for a new housemate to move into our house on burton road in west didsbury.
The house is located above a deli, less than a minutes walk from burton road tram stop and a little Tesco. Just a stone's throw away from all the lively bars, cafes and restaurants of burton road.

We're 2 females and 2 males aged 23-26, friendly and sociable, enjoy a night out but we are also partial to a board game or film night! We're fairly clean and tidy, pretty easygoing, we enjoy hanging out in the evenings and going to arts/cultural events in Manchester as well as going to the pub for a drink! The housemates: Owen, teaching assistant from London; Sophie: sales person at a telecoms company, from Nottingham; Alison: purchaser at a chemical manufacturer, from Cumbria; Callum: architecture student from London!

You'd be moving into a small single room in the middle of the house. Rent is £220.71 per month including bills - (room is £162.5, water/energy/council tax/internet £58.21)

We don't have off street parking but there's a lot of on-street parking in the residential streets behind the house (1-2 mins walk away). We have one bathroom but are mostly on different schedules so isn't a problem. Also the furniture in the above photos is the housemates but it will be replaced before you move in (or you're welcome to bring your own furnishing!)

This is a cosy little room in a lovely house, in such a great location and comes with excellent housemates (what more could you want!) We're happy to have either student or professional as long as they're happy to contribute to council tax (£23 a month) so please be in contact asap if you are interested
