Looking For A New Housemate

I am moving out to live with my partner and am helping my lovely housemate find a replacement. Charlotte (who you will be living with) is easy going and fun to be with. She is clean and very respectful working a 9-5week day job. She is very friendly and good to chill with, we often have a glass of wine and dinner with each other in the evenings.

The flat is very central to burton road, literally a stones throw. There are loads of bars around this area and nice places to eat too. You are also about 100 metres from the metro link stop which can connect you with the city centre and other areas of Manchester.

The room has a comfortable double bed, walk in wardrobe, en-suite and is fully furnished. There is also a caretaker who looks after the corridor area and will sort anything out if there are any issues. It is very modern and clean and luckily being on the top floor the flat stays nice and warm in the winter.

The kitchen is great with a gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space.
