Large room in 2 bed West Dids flat

Looking for a flatmate to live with in West Didsbury, available asap- latest move in date end of September. Guarantor required. Rent £375 + £120 bills. No deposit, but there is a £100 one off admin fee.
 
It’s a large room in a 2 bedroom, first floor flat. The room contains a double bed, two wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Its light and airy with two windows, one of which is a Juliet balcomy overlooking the garden. The house is non-smoking but allowed in the garden
 
The rest of the flat is furnished with a living room containing an arm chair , a dining table/chairs and a large TV. Fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, gas hobs are provided in the kitchen. We never have issues with hot water or heating
 
There is a large shared garden and driveway parking. There’s also space to lock a bike safely outside or keep it in the hall. The flat is less than a 5 minute walk away from Burton Road, which is  full of great pubs, bars, cafes and shops- when we everything returns back to normal. It is also a 5 minute walk from the West Didsbury tram and 143 stop into town centre.

I moved to Manchester around a year and a half ago, Im friendly and outgoing and looking for the same in a flat mate. Really enjoy spending time outside, one of those people who now consider themselves runners after couch to 5K hehe. Also love winding down with Netflix, Playstation or Switch, but don’t worry I wont judge you too harshly if you’re inclined towards Xbox. Would be great to find someone to hang out with in and outside of the flat, but who also respects our own spaces.
 
I’m not back in Manchester until the 24th of August, but would love to meet you over the phone or video call. My current flat mate Rob will be doing viewings, either in person or virtually depending on what you’re most comfortable with.
