Really lovely and spacious double available in a friendly house share.
The room is furnished and on the first floor. It includes two spacious cupboards, a large chest of drawers and lots of extra space for storage throughout the house. The street is really quiet and is only a stones throw away from the popular Burton Road.
The house comes with a lounge and modern kitchen and two bathrooms. As everyone is out at different times in the morning there is never a fight for the bathroom!
The girls you will be living with are really friendly and welcoming. You can usually find us sharing a bottle of wine down Burton Road at the weekend. Whist we all have our own separate social lives, we will meet up to watch something crappy on tv with a glass of something in the evening. The girls are looking for someone who is down to earth, sociable and tidy.
Rent is £290 and bills come to around £50-60 every month.
Please get in touch and tell us some things about yourself if this sounds like a place for you!
