Our flat is located in a fantastic location, just off Burton Road. A great selection of pubs / bars, restaurants and other amenities are a stone's throw from the front door (almost quite literally). You can't really get a better location for transport links into town, or out of Manchester, with a tram stop 2 minutes walk away, and main bus routes a few minutes further.
A bit about us: Tom is a freelance sound technician working in the Film & TV industry.
Anna is finishing a masters degree in Humanitarian Aid whilst working part time in a lovely bar in town.
Between us, we're both fans of music and films, and enjoy the outdoors. Big into climbing, cycling, hiking and camping. Also enjoy making music, going to gigs and chilling in the sun with a beer. Otherwise, we're pretty chilled and up for a drink or some food, and a good chat in the evenings!
We are new housemates, ideally hoping to find a third person to join us in creating a friendly, homely living environment.
The rent is £400 p/month, with bills around £120 p/month.
