We have two rooms available in our lovely 8-bedroom house share. We're a friendly bunch looking for two new housemates who are sociable, outgoing and considerate.

We like to cook together, watch Netflix, go to pubs and bars in the evening, enjoy walks by the river, head into town at the weekends, hang out and have a laugh.

Both rooms available are of a decent size and have plenty of space for desks with reliable WIFI. Both rooms are on the third floor. There is a large kitchen-lounge where we hang out, two bathrooms, a large back yard and plenty of parking space.

The house is located on a quiet street in West Didsbury close to Burton Road tram stop and within walking distance of all the bars, restaurants and independent shops Burton Road has to offer. Withington also an equally short walk away for charity shops and cheaper pints.

Price listed includes bills and council tax which are paid to the landlord monthly. Broadband is arranged separately amongst housemates, and we also pay for a fortnightly cleaner. Breakdown of cost as follows: room is £118/week, utility bills (gas, electric, water) are £85/month, council tax (C) is £28.80/month.
