Double room with a Juliette balcony up for rent from the end of May in a lovely 2 bed flat. Super duper close to Burton rd & West Dids tram stop. The rooms are both south facing and get all the evening sun, they overlook the shared garden space 🌞 the room is also unfurnished, except for a wardrobe. Living room, bathroom and kitchen are all shared. There is no en-suite with the room.

Bills are halved between both tenants and come to around 170 each, but this varies through the year based on gas usage.

There is a drive for 3 cars in front of the property, but if full there is always plenty of space on Old Lansdowne Road.

I’m a 33 y/o professional, working in a creative job so finding someone with similar interests would be great. I’m a tidy gal with respect for space so I’d like to find the same. I work from home a couple of days a week, but don’t mind someone who does a similar thing.

Ideally I’d love to find someone who enjoys a good balance of staying in, chilling with a series and a gin and going out to the pubs. I’m looking to find someone who will become a friend rather than just a housemate!

Pets are welcome dependant on size and numbers, Sam has an adorable cat that will be leaving with her, and I know I will very much miss her just as much! 🐱
