I’m looking for a housemate to share a modern, recently renovated, 2-bed apartment in West Didsbury.

Rent is £725 pcm + bills, which work out at roughly £170 a month/pp (inc. gas, electric, council tax, water and broadband).

Sole use of the family sized bathroom located directly next to the bedroom.

Total of two double rooms, one en-suite and a separate large bathroom.
Clean, modern, open-plan, generous sized kitchen/lounge area with TV.
Hall cupboard for additional storage.
Wifi throughout.
Quiet neighbours.

Induction hob, oven, grill, microwave, American-style roomy fridge-freezer, washing machine/drier, dishwasher plus plenty of cupboards.

Situated on a quiet road with excellent local transport links- nearest tram stop ~8 minute walk
~3 minute walk to Burton Road and 15 minutes to Didsbury- both with loads of great cafe’s, pubs, restaurants nearby.
Easy access to Manchester airport ~10 minute drive

There is a communal patio area outside with furniture, plus outdoor bike racks.

About me…
I’m 29, easy going, but like to keep the place clean and tidy.
I work shifts (including nights) so looking for another young professional who is tidy & considerate.

When I'm not working, I like to keep active and I'm usually out running or socialising. I’m happy to cook together, watch a movie etc but also if you wish to just do your own thing, that’s fine!
