Lovely double room in West Didsbury flat !

Hiya, I’m Harriet a 25 year old creative! Looking for someone to fill a double room in a beaut flat in West Didsbury.

I’m looking for someone clean and respectful of the space, who is looking for a friend as well as a housemate! I tend to prefer more nights in with good food and good tv in the week but am always up for exploring and going for a drink at a weekend !! I will most likely be working out of the flat in the week and would prefer someone who does the same/works hybrid (isn’t working from home 24/7).

The flat is just a few mins walk from Burton Road with all the cafes, restaurants etc - about a 5 min walk from burton road tram stop and about 3 min walk from bus routes into Manchester.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobes. The flat is part furnished (bedrooms and all kitchen white goods- including washer/dryer) so we would need to provide furniture for the living room between us :)
The flat has 2 bathrooms, one with just a toilet and one with a bath and shower.
There is a parking space and shared garden area out back.
Bills are not included, but on average seem about £150 each a month.

I don’t currently live in the property myself, so am looking for someone to move in with me, add to my plant collection and make it a home!!
